Choosing a points recovery course provider is, first and foremost, a question of trust. Your driving licence points matter — you deserve a serious, approved provider that's transparent about what it commits to. Here's what LZPointsPermis guarantees you.
Our 6 commitments
LZPointsPermis operates under an official approval issued by the Préfecture de l'Hérault (No. R 26 034 0004 0), in line with articles R. 223-5 to R. 223-8 of the French Highway Code. This approval is renewed regularly after review by the relevant authorities.
Each session is run by two trainers holding individual approval from the Ministry of the Interior. Our trainers' skills are regularly reviewed.
We strictly cap every session at 20 drivers, both for regulatory reasons and for teaching quality. A small group means more discussion, more personal questions answered, and better retention.
At the end of the two days, every participant receives their certificate of attendance. It's transmitted to the Ministry of the Interior within 24 working hours to update your points balance.
Thanks to electronic transmission of our certificates, your points balance is updated in the national driving licence file the working day after the course ends. You can check it at telepoints.interieur.gouv.fr.
Need to change your course date? Any session transfer is free of charge up to 48 hours before the course starts, subject to availability.

Changing your session
Want to change your date? Transfers are free up to 48 hours before the course starts, subject to availability on the next session. Contact us by email or phone to arrange it.
Transparency about our trainers
On request, we'll share the approval number of each trainer running your session. You can also verify our prefectural approval directly with the Préfecture de l'Hérault (driving rights department).
Our trainers follow an internal code of conduct: neutrality, respect, protecting participants' privacy, and a strict ban on using personal information for commercial purposes.
